Very professional from start to finish
Very professional from start to finish. I had a working FTTP connection within 8 days of placing my order. The installation team were polite and very efficient and listened to my requirements.
The office staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and more importantly actually answer the phones!
I had a couple of technical issues (Of my own making) and they were dealt with in a very prompt and helpful way.
I genuinely can't recommend Jurassic highly enough.
