Worst delivery and service - still no stickers

Loved this product 4 years ago and reordered in beginning September. It is now Beginning November and the stickers haven't been delivered. Horrid experience and the customer support team seems to not respond to the mails or refund the amount. What a pity. The delivery mode they choose says address unknown when the delivery van delivered objects one road away the date of the scheduled delivery. Also have had deliveries done in that same week with no issues from other companies. What a horrid service.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the delivery of the labels.

We ship with BPoste in Belgium and we need a valid and validated postal address as the envelopes are delivered directly by the letter carrier with the daily mail.

Unfortunately, your envelope was returned to us and you confirmed the address as valid.

We have resent the envelope and the new tracking shows the same message.

So we checked the address again on our part via BPoste address validation tool and saw that BPoste requires a box number.

We have now contacted you again regarding this to find out what box number you have.

We look forward to your feedback and will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Of course, we too can only guarantee deliveries by mail if the information is recognized as valid and complete by the post office.
