Previously been very pleased with Start Rescue but not this time

Previously been very pleased with Start Rescue. However, on this occasion I could not use the app to contact them having spent time trying to do so. I had to ring in. English was clearly not the first language of the operator, and it was very frustrating that we had such difficulty communicating effectively. It is a shame to have to write an uncomplimentary review after such good previous experiences.
