Very poor quality products (Europa plain fence panels,gates and fence posts),overpriced,a fence panel £93,a gate(which it's half of fence panel and no additional materials used) £115.All items have holes,cracks,posts cracked and curved,nails coming off,no glue,no screws,just few staples.
One more thing,expected delivery of 2 gates which been delivered at wrong address and was able to recover them because the person who received them(Good, honest person) contacted me.Before knowing about gates,I have contacted customer service since goods weren't received at advised date,they've told me they will investigate in next couple days.I have called customer service after 2 days to let them know that I was able to locate the gates and I collected them on foot one by one,they offered to arrange for someone to collect from wrong drop off address and deliver to right address but would've been another 2 days delay and my customer wanted the job finished.
I've learned that the products I've purchased are coming from third party and another company is doing delivery so,this might explain the high cost of the products (£2200 for 20 posts,2 gates and 16 fence panels),a rip off, never will use again.
