Khalid was very helpful and polite
I've spoken to Khalid this morning, he called promptly at the agreed time.
I've always dreaded phonecalls like this because I find them confusing!
Khalid was helpful and explained things so I easily understood and also advised on the best route to take with my businesses energy bills.
He then talked me through the online forms and was very polite the entire time
