These are for a birthday party plus Christmas Viognier and a Muscadet.
The Muscadet is because I pair this with my fish dishes as I experiment with traditional seafood recipes. My signature dish a cockle pie goes so well with a Loire wine. Visited the Loire-Atlantique plus the Valley a number of times including a wine tour by train.
