The Mortgage Works initially appointed 3 different solicitors for the re-mortgaging of 4 properties and placed a condition that they were to complete simultaneously.It became clear that this would complicate the whole process so we were fortunate to have all cases transferred to Emily Holdcroft.Obtaining an accurate redemption statement incurred further delays but Emily remained on the case,was supportive and efficient and kept in touch.Very pleased completion achieved and a big thank you to Emily.
