Shocking quality. Even worse service

We used to really like Next Home stuff but the quality has gone absolutely down the pan lately. We ordered a bed base from their website. It cost over 800 quid and wasn't cheap. Long story short it fell to bits after only a few months of use. They arranged a guy to come and repair it. And if broke again that evening. The screws were just cutting through the cheap chipboard. We therefore asked for a refund as it clearly wasn't going to last for years if it didn't even last a few months. They reluctantly agreed. The couriers have just arrived now and refused to pick it up as it wasn't in the packaging, and had a very rude attitude pretty much amounting to "not my problem mate". Who on earth keeps the packaging for their bed??? This is a cynical attempt to get away with not standing by their product. Awful. Avoid
