Not impressed...

Paid extra for 6 - 8pm delivery of a double bed, (because I am at work all day), and needed it brought into the house. (I have an injured knee and am awaiting surgery). So, the van arrived at 15.04, the bed was left in the garage and away they went. Saw it all on my cctv through my phone. They also 'signed' for it, although I was told that I had to be here to sign for it. In fairness, when I complained to the bed suppliers, they refunded my additional payment without hesitation and contacted Panther, who offered to send 2 people down the next evening to bring it in, but that wasn't really the point. (By the time they got back to me I had arranged for friends to come to help me that same evening). Very disappointing service.
