How do we access our account

We are new to OVO Energy, so far so good, but that is why I scored 4/5. The query was resolved on line. But when I went back into my account the same problem occurred. Eventually I got into the account, but it wasn’t that straight forward, it kept wanting to find our old account which is closed.
