Very poor service.
A friend ordered a bouquet for my birthday. It arrived 4 days after the requested date, and had been in a box in the postal system for 5 days.
I sent Lovelyflora World photos of the flowers which were already in full bloom and some of the bouquet was going brown. Two roses were already dying the following day.
I had expected an apology and a refund for my friend. Instead their reply was defensive and un-apologetic. I was offered a 20% discount code, which is useless as I would never use this company myself, and I will advise my friend not to do so in future.
