TERRIBLE SERVICE! DONT BUY FROM THEM

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordered a ring 11 weeks ago, when it came to delivery time they did not include the store name for Click and Collect, how stupid is this for such a large company and a store which has been inside the shopping centre for like 20 years.

Called them and they said they told DX, I called 3 times and was told its been done I will have the ring on Tuesday.

Come Tuesday, the ring is being sent back to Ernest Jones. Called another 2-3 times with updates. Was told they will get the ring on Wednesday, send back out to me for it to arrive Thursday or Friday.

Checked the tracking today. Says no one was in, calling card left. They can re arrange delivery on Friday.

This is just really a joke now, I have had to change 2 proposal plans. Costing me money and no compensation at all offered from Ernest Jones.
