Still haven't received my blinds!!
I wish I could review my blinds but I can't because I haven't received them. For whatever reason Unbeatable Blinds choose to use XPD as their courier - why!? I cannot get hold of XPD and Unbeatable Blinds said they would chase it for me but to date I have not had an update or my blinds. Made to measure at a cost of over £200, they have my money but I have no blinds. Nobody is in a hurry to sort this out for me. Why one earth a company are willing to destroy their own reputation by using a completely shambolic delivery company is beyond me. If I ever get these blinds, it doesn't matter how good they are, if Unbeatable Blinds continue to use XPD (for which we as customers pay for) I will never order from them again or recommend them. Absolutely ridiculous state of affairs!
