Have been waiting a month with no sign of delivery. I emailed asking for an update as the tracking hasn't been updated since 23rd July. Some guy called Will replied asking if I was following the tracking on their site. That's it. I am not too sure where he thought I was tracking it but I would say this was simply stalling as he had nothing productive to offer. Customer service is dreadful and who knows if the jewellery will ever arrive. By the other reviews here I have very low hopes of a quality product if it does ever arrive.

HI, It seems like many others you've left feedback on the incorrect trust pilot.
There was a website and brand called 'the midas co' which we've had shut down as they were infringing on our trademark. Someone in another comment has said that company is now called Milou?
We've never had anybody here called Will..
We believe you've purchased from a different domain to ours and left feedback on the incorrect trust pilot.
