Awful customer service

Awful customer service. ordered a wardrobe which was in stock and still is and supposed to arrive 3- 5 days. its past 2 weeks now. got an email item shipped but could arrive in the next few days. tried everything, phone, chat (robot) etc. Clearly not bothered. have bought items in store . first and last time online.
