Order from Whitestores at your peril
Order from Whitestores at your peril. First order was for 4 items,of which when delivered, 1 item was so damaged the couriers refused (quite rightly) to leave it, 1 item was missing, 1 item was not as described leaving only 1 which was correct. Needless to say, I sent the whole order back but then had to argue with and be subject to verbal abuse from a customer service representative to have my money refunded!!
Spoke to customer service manager who sorted the refund and assured me all would be good if I reordered (different items). Ordered and paid for back in June with delivery by early August. Heard nothing but saw the items were in stock several weeks ago so telephoned only to be told they had "overlooked" my order and would prioritise it immediately and get it despatched from the warehouse to the couriers that day. Telephoned the following day to be told the items were still in the warehouse and as it was the weekend, nothing could be done but delivery would definitely be by Wednesday. Today is Tuesday and received email yesterday to say would be delivered within the next 4 - 7 working days
Appalling after sales service (can't fault shop sales staff) and don't seem to be bothered about customers after they've got your money and kept it for 2 months without delivering anything despite it being in stock
Had to cancel 2 family events as had no furniture to sit on and borrow money whilst waiting for my initial refund
