One of the worst customer service ever
Asos is probably one of the worst retailers for their customer service.
Firstly, it’s the second time I didn’t receive my next day delivery and it was urgent. One time is too many Infact.
Secondly, their online service is absolutely awful.
Thr online guy Called Nigar ended the chat which I had put time in explaining for about half an hour. It was disgraceful.he just couldn’t be bothered to answer.
Then I had to explain everything again to the next guy and it took me another half an hour. He took ages to reply but was more helpful.
There is no complaints procedure if things go wrong. They just couldn’t care less about their customers. I had to fight for my refund for next day delivery- which they should have offered themselves! I paid for a service and they didn’t fulfil the contract, it should have been simple but it wasn’t simple. They simply refused to acknowledge and kept saying “ please wait for the order” just copying and pasting a standard reply frustrating me even more, absolutely ignoring why I was on the chat in thr first place.
I wouldn’t be shopping with a company which has such an appalling service again.
