Easy, quick and brilliant service

I sent over what I had and some photos. I got a quick reply with a good price. Sent over my Lego and they checked it over the day it arrived and they sent my money straight away.

Great Customer Service and High-Quality Poster

I recently purchased a poster from Displate, and while there was initial confusion about the product (the listing looked like a photograph, but the poster is actually a drawing), the customer service team was great. They handled my concerns professionally and promptly, which I truly appreciate.
Another slight issue was postage was so high and delayed a week.

The poster itself is high-quality, and my son absolutely loves it. However, I do think the product description could be clearer to avoid misunderstandings. We were expecting a photograph as it and it absolutely looked like one. There was no description at all and we couldn’t zoom out enough to confirm. We wouldn’t have purchased it if it wasn’ta photograph but as it happens my son really likes it as it is of his fav team.
But Overall, I’m very happy by the service and the product quality in terms of material quality, attachments that come with it and packaging and I would happily recommend Displate to others.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by staff at Jamaica Blue, Watford

Last visit to Jamaica Blue Watford. We were there at 4.40 standing in the queue when a staff member asked us if we are getting a take away. Me and my little son were going to have a quick snack and drink. We were told ‘sorry you can’t sit, we are closed’ when they clearly had just decided that they couldn’t be bothered to serve anyone.
I politely said we will be quick and I thought you closed at 5, they said sorry we decide sometimes to close early.
It is absolutely PATHETIC how they treat their customers! If you can’t be bothered to work, just close the shop or atleast put a sign outside IF you decide to close early. I was looking forward to sitting with my son for ten minutes and he wanted to have a slice of cake. We were so disappointed.
I will never visit them again on principle- they don’t deserve my hard earned money and custom. I will make sure I share this bad experience with my friends.

Disgraceful service and staff. They should be ashamed; behaving like this and turning people who have reached the end of the queue. Absolutely pathetic.

One of the worst customer service ever

Asos is probably one of the worst retailers for their customer service.

Firstly, it’s the second time I didn’t receive my next day delivery and it was urgent. One time is too many Infact.
Secondly, their online service is absolutely awful.
Thr online guy Called Nigar ended the chat which I had put time in explaining for about half an hour. It was disgraceful.he just couldn’t be bothered to answer.
Then I had to explain everything again to the next guy and it took me another half an hour. He took ages to reply but was more helpful.

There is no complaints procedure if things go wrong. They just couldn’t care less about their customers. I had to fight for my refund for next day delivery- which they should have offered themselves! I paid for a service and they didn’t fulfil the contract, it should have been simple but it wasn’t simple. They simply refused to acknowledge and kept saying “ please wait for the order” just copying and pasting a standard reply frustrating me even more, absolutely ignoring why I was on the chat in thr first place.

I wouldn’t be shopping with a company which has such an appalling service again.
