Very strange experience

Ordered a laptop from EasyGoodsUK, a day later I received a message to say the box was damaged and they were legally obliged to tell me it would be delivered in a plain brown box but it was still "brand new sealed", which I could return if I wasn't happy with.

I replied asking how could it be "brand new sealed" if it wasn't in the original packaging. The next day I got a phone call telling me the message was an error and that everything was in order and I got a message to tell me it was on it's way.

The following day I got a message to tell me my order had been refunded. Confused, I asked if it was a mistake and got a reply saying there was "a mix up of SKU and they are refunding everyone". The order status says it was refunded because the box was too damaged.

Waste of time and left me without a laptop for a few days.
