I was a big advocate - But no longer

I was a big advocate, all seemed well got me up and running with broadband, SIM, elec and gas. I then moved, there were problems and it took ages to get the broadband sorted, but eventually it was. Two years later I am now trying to cancel the SIM as I no longer need it. Try getting hold of the cancellation department... Good Luck I've spent over 2 hours in the last two days and still not success. I sadly can no longer recommend UW, seem good but hopeless when you try to cancel something.

Thank you Sarah for sorting and calling me direct in relation to this review. However it has shown, I could not get through on the phone, even my rep could not get UW to call me, no reply to the messaging on FB site, no reply to a complaint I raised on the email. This experience shows if you need to cancel a service, then this is the only avenue you have.
