Ordered a fan. Delivery was prompt. Product was shockingly cheap and inadequate. Return process was an eye opener in corporate bartering, offering me a discount to keep the item I don't want? Unheard of. I still want to return so I am charged a £10 fee deducted from my refund on a cheap tacky item retailing at £29.99. Plus the £5 delivery. So this outfit made £15 for nothing. Not likely to order from these people again. Am not a fan at all.

Due to the issues you have experienced, I have arranged a refund since we our warehouse has confirmed they have received your item. This is instead of you having to wait until the item was booked in for testing. The refund will appear back on your original payment method within the next 3-5 working days.
