Holistic approach

I am so glad I attended the gut health workshop I came across on Instagram. I had no hesitations about joining Yara and becoming part of a supportive community. My health coach Dr Joann is very empathic and provides ongoing support and encouragement, which I am incredibly grateful for as this has enabled me to adhere to my diet plan and achieve consistent weekly weight loss. Regular one-to-one yoga practice with Dr Srishti, the recommended pre-recorded videos and community yoga classes have helped improve my strength, balance and flexibility. In addition, yoga has helped with relieving my back pain. I found Yoga Nidra to be very relaxing, enhancing my sleep quality. Not only that, I can now manage my stress levels better. The diet plan prescribed by Dr Naveen is easy to follow, and the meals are easy to prepare. As a result, my digestion has improved significantly and I now have a heightened sense of well-being. Thank you Yara family.
