Great Price But Bad Admin
Last month we received motor insurance rewewal quote, which was excellent. To get that price we had to renew online, but when I opened my AA app I was told that I had no active motor insurance policy. Scared the heck out of me as we had just driven round France, Italy and Switzerland potentially with no insurance. Phoned the AA and was told it was a computer glitch. Renewed insurance over the phone at the reduced price and confirmed we were paperless and the policy was e-mailed to me. Yesterday a letter arrived with 8 pages of paperwork asking if I would like to renew my insurance and gave me a quote, which was more than I had paid. Today, another pile of paperwork has arrived with my insurance renewal documents and the amount paid, which was yet again another figure. Thought we were meant to be trying to save the planet by going paperless, so I dont expect to be inundated with reams of paper. Great price but awful admin.
