Sean was kind, helpful, and patient!
I got a Wesley Allen Bed delivered in the wrong color, in Moss Green, a color I was not at all aware I was perhaps ordering, I was under impression I had ordered black. Sales representative Sean took care or re-placing my order and re-ordering me the right color instead - suede Black. He called me all day giving me updates and answering my questions, always with kindness and patience, resolving an issue I thought ws unresolvable. I appreciated his service so much, I shall order two twin beds from you once my upstairs guest room is finished!!! Thank you!! Five stars to Sean!
