Careful: payout can be a problem using MasterCard
I had been trying to receive a payout for over 3 months: it just didn't work. I've tried two different fully working Mastercard, but Hellocashback always shows an error when trying to be paid. The helpdesk claims problems with the bank, but my bank and the local Mastercard-representative tell me there's nothing wrong with my cards nor does it have any restrictions.

I'm not using prepaid creditcards: it's a regular Mastercard creditcard issued by my local bank! I've contacted my local bank and they don't even see a payout attempt by you.

Recently Hellocashback added Visa compatibility and that worked for me, right from the very first try.

Your payments have not been collected to your card because you already used a prepaid card, as we noticed on the payout page we don't support this type of cards and this is not our fault it blocks by a payment system.
