The worst dental practice I have ever been to. Very expensive, reception staff keep you waiting whilst taking personal calls. If you are 5 minutes late due to road works they still take your money which is non refundable. Warning, do your homework before you visit this place.

All our staff are friendly and professional to our patients which could be mistaken as a personal call. Whilst we cannot comment on individual circumstances we have a policy in place to cover short notice cancellations and failure or late attendance to appointments. Once more than 50% of an appointment has been wasted , we generally have to reappoint to both do the job well later and be on time for the next prompt patient too. This is to protect other patients appointment times and reduce waiting lists by discouraging patients to short notice cancel, fail to attend their appointment or attend too late for their appointment. We also send out reminders for appointments both by text and email. You will find our policies of non refundable deposits in line with other businesses such as cinemas, theatres, travel (trains, planes). Our last patient satisfaction survey found 97% satisfied or very satisfied, of course we take all feedback or complaints very seriously and answer these in detail directly through our dedicated complaints system.
