Awful experience

Updated following the response from the company below - wasted my time yet again asking me to write it to them about it then still told me my account will remain closed. I have not broken any rules and they won't even tell you what you're supposed to have done, so how can you discuss it with them? Rubbish service and complete time wasters. Do not use, far better services out there who actually pay you for your time.

Awful experience. I joined within the last month, read through all their terms and conditions and ensured I knew what I was doing. Completed a number of surveys with them over the last few weeks (one being 3 x 100 minutes for a £15 voucher) for absolutely no reason they have terminated my account and are ignoring my requests to review it. I have checked their T+Cs twice more to ensure I'm not missing anything, I have done nothing wrong and have spent all those hours answering questions. Avoid - there are far better service providers for making cash in your spare time.
