I ordered two OS maps online and paid extra for next day delivery. They did not come next day, nor the day after. I needed those maps so I went into the store and bought them in the store. I emailed and asked for a refund of the two maps and the postage but I have heard nothing. I am very angry and will try never to go to a Smiths again.
