Unprofessional and terrible customer service
I recently purchased a personalised T shirt through Oakdene using Not on the High Street which was my first mistake, because when the shirt arrived they had made a very obvious error with the printing. As they had printed the shirt I contacted Oakdene directly but unfortunately the very unhelpful individual I spoke to insisted that rather than rectify their mistake and offer good customer service, I would need to photograph their mistake, email it to NOTHS, then wait for them to respond ( this was a birthday gift originally ordered in good time). Upon hearing/receiving no shirt or communication I contacted Oakdene again, and unfortunately spoke to the same jobsworth who said as they had not received anything from NOTHS I should now waste even more of my time and phone them and then NOTHS would contact them to tell them to rectify their mistake!!! The customer service advisor at NOTHS was very helpful, but agreed with me that as this was an error on Oakdene Design’s part, it should have been acted upon by themselves, instead of 2 emails containing 3 photos and 6 phone calls to amend a mistake that wasn’t mine. Would never recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.
