DON'T Trust Pilot

slow to respond to published defamatory comments about our business, if you were to pay trustpilot, they would of course act quicker so it feels like a form of blackmail... Pay or or we allow your business to be targetted.

Sorry to hear that you've not heard back from our Content Integrity Team. They may take some days to get back to you, as they are an extremely busy department and their investigations can take time.

I can confirm that every review is investigated against our guidelines. No matter if a company has a paid subscription, or using Trustpilot for free, the process is the same. We do not show favour to businesses or reviewers, simply apply our guidelines fairly in every case.
