An hour waiting to speak to a TUI agent ! Shocking

Just been on hold to customer service for an hour, haven’t even managed to speak to anyone, I’ve had to hang up because the call was starting to cost me
I’ve tried to do what I needed online but because your only allowed a limited amount of special requests I can’t do it online ! Poor very poor! Dreading my holiday with TUI now
