Disappointing warehouse team

Quick customer service response, service let down by their warehouse dispatch team. Ordered 2 steelbooks on Sunday, estimated shipping Monday. Still nothing on Tuesday. Told an issue caused delay in shipping. Now Wednesday and still not shipped. Can’t cancel the order as it’s in the warehouse, the warehouse can’t ship it for whatever reason they feel like making up. Until their warehouse team improve order elsewhere.
No offer of shipping refund either.
Looks like I’ll be asking my bank for a reverse transaction charge as they fail to supply the goods in a timely manner.
