Came in for a gas heater, but out of stock, however the staff member (Fran?) Was so so helpful; she went around the store checking and asked several colleagues, even then after others said the item wasn't in stock she went to find out when there might be a restock. Over and above my expectations, I would have probably accepted a "sorry, it's out of stock" but she really wanted to help.
