Unwilling to issue immediate refund

6 weeks after cancelling and still have not received a refund. It seems they are using funds from cancelled trips for cash flow. Do not use.

We are sorry about your unfortunate experience. We explain the waiting time for refunds in our terms and conditions. This year, the waiting time has been extended slightly due to the processing volume due to the amount of bookings cancelled as a result of Covid restrictions. We are working hard to process refunds as quickly as possible considering the circumstances. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
