Poor customer service

Poor customer service.

Strike 1: I asked if they carried a certain item and the agent wanted to know my insurance info, Dr info, etc before he would tell me.

Strike 2: I eventually found the ostomy belt on their website and needed help sizing it to get the right size hole . The live chat told me she couldn't help with that and that I had to see the Dr to get that right.

Utterly useless customer service, time to change suppliers.
