Online Order
I placed my order online and the card payment was authorised but then something went wrong and the order wasn't confirmed. I telephoned GAK who to start with were less than helpful and suggested I put my problem in an email. I told them that I wanted it sorting there and then and they then attempted to sort it. The suggestion was to place another order which I did and that was delivered next day. However my original order got reinstated two days later despite me asking that it be cancelled. Another phone call and a promise that it would be cancelled Eventually I received confirmation of this.
A case of when it works its good but when it doesn't its not so good
