Charges and Refunds

I ordered five storage boxes Order Number: W-14791433 and received an invoice for £46.40. Then I've received a notification that one box had to be cancelled because you did not have it in stock and that I will be charged £37.91. So far so good. Four boxes arrived yesterday and my account was also debited and you took £46.40, not taking into account that you canceled one item/could not fulfill the order. I phoned your Helpine/ customer services Martina(The Range) today and was told that they could not see on the system that you claimed £46.40 and all they could see is that one item was cancelled and you charged me £37.91 AND if I can send my bank statement as a proof that £46.40 was indeed debited from the account, but that scan of my banking app screen would also do. I sent the scan pdf however have not received acknowledgement or acceptance on your part that you have taken too much money from the account. This was a very stressful experience for me. I also later spoke to somebody named Zelko (The Range ) and he said that I will receive my refund if I am due one , in one week or so and I said how can you charge me for five boxes AFTER you have delivered four. I hope this can be resolved without having to challenge payments through the bank

I can confirm that we have captured the amount of £37.91 due to the item which is cancelled from your order. If this is showing as £46.60 on your statement, I would advise speaking to your bank as we have definitely ont capture this amount. I apologise for any confusion and for not being able to assist further with this.
