WARNING: Delivery takes several weeks
As all other reviews suggest, the website makes unreasonable claims about delivery times. I ordered on 10th Feb and my tracking shows:
14th Feb: Parcel Created
15th Feb: In Spain
16th Feb: In Spain
17th Feb: In Netherlands
It is now 8 days after placing the order and as far as I can see it is in the Netherlands.
The reply will suggest delivery factors are outside of their control, but as this seemingly happens to everyone, that is difficult to believe.
If they refuse to refund you within the usual timeframe of 5-7 days I recommend doing a charge back through your card provider.
