Theft Claim 6577828

We have an ongoing theft claim which they now appear to be dragging their feet over. We had only been in our property for a few months and chose Getsafe as our insurers. We were unfortunate enough to broken into at the end of November and had to put a claim in, which seemed easy enough. We were then contacted by the loss adjusters appointed by Getsafe who very easy and friendly to deal with and all appeared to be sorted as we were made an offer by the adjusters which we accepted and were told that we should receive settlement within 7-14 days. It now appears that Getsafe have to conduct further investigations with the loss adjuster. After repeated phone calls to Getsafe, who appear to change their story with every call, we are still no closer to receiving our payout and we had initially recommended family and friends to them but are now a little worried that they to may also have difficulties should they ever require the actual services they are paying for.
