Helpful Steph online

The five stars are for Steph on Twitter who sorted out the non-collection of my parcel. I've sent two recently with Hermes, the first was late to be collected and I rebooked, the second was showing as collected but wasn't. The website bots on both Parcel2Go and Hermes have no option for the issue of mistaken tracking so I resorted to Twitter and Steph saved the day! Thank you to her for swift and efficient engagement.
