Car leasing.. No customer service

Car leasing... After 3 months something simple has gone wrong. The radio has crashed on BBC radio 4. Its driving me insane.
How do I fix this.. simple solution does not exist with Hitachi. I have to queue up for call answer. Go through 20 questions. Book my car in... When there's a space. As all this is so time consuming and they seem either completely stupid or just don't care. Then they close at 5.30. I don't have time during the day, in the week to sit on the phone to them sorting out a small bit very frustrating issue on my car and I still don't have the car booked in... No solution... More Radio 4. I wish things could work like the old days... Talk to a human being that knows about the problem and can tell you how to fix it. This looks like it will take weeks.. Let's hope its not months.

Edit.. Actually spoken to more helpful people from Hitachi. It would actually take until March to "book the car in" for this small problem but if I drive 10 miles for 7.50am on Saturday morning they will do while I wait. I suppose this is a problem with MG cars not Hitachi hence I will edit up to 3" for Hitachi (the First 2 representatives Ispoke to were unhelpful... The last 2 reps I have no complaints)
