Customer service not all I had hoped
I ordered a few lights for the exterior and interior of a project. I absolutely love the lights for the interior (and exterior) and the quality was great; however, the lights were described as white on the website and are clearly a cream color. Unfortunately, customer service didn't offer anything except to send me a shipping label so it cost me $57 to determine their color descriptions are not accurate. If they had acknowledged their mistake and covered the cost of return shipping I would have given them 5 stars. As a designer who frequently is purchasing this is unfortunate as I no longer feel confident purchasing from shades of light.
