So I had an appointment...

So I had an appointment (today 13/01/22) and was running late by 5-10mins. I called the Golf Course where Bluecrest are based with no one available. I then called the Bluecrest helpline who told me if I wasn't 10mins early then I wouldn't be allowed to have my check-up done. Firstly I waited 3months for this and could have gone to Nuffield. Secondly, I booked a cab to get here and am now out of pocket and Thirdly how dare you offer private healthcare and tell me that I am not allowed to be seen if I'm not early - you are not overwhelmed like the NHS and you 100% did not mention this at the time of booking. Utterly awful - I have asked for my money back ASAP!
