08/12/2021 I confirmed an order of a 1700 euro laptop from the website of HWonline.it . And paid it by using my credit card.

16/12/2021 After knowing that this laptop could not only start shipping to me until the end of December, I canceled this order.

17/12/2021 HWonline asked for my Iban and promised refund.

28/12/2021 After 12 days waiting, I still not got the refund from them. And asking them for refund. They promised again.

12/01/2022 It is almost 1 month waiting of the refund. I am not sure if they can give me the refund as soon as possible. Because I find some reviews from google that not only I am in this situation some other customer is also facing waiting for a long time refund.
