Deceitful site
I have buy on this site an alexa8show! But I have only pay for it. Its almost a month now and I don't have any news, or a tracking number. I have been complaining in there support contact, but no response at all.
I have begin to think this is just a dishonest site.

08/12/2021 I confirmed an order of a 1700 euro laptop from the website of HWonline.it . And paid it by using my credit card.
16/12/2021 After knowing that this laptop could not only start shipping to me until the end of December, I canceled this order.
17/12/2021 HWonline asked for my Iban and promised refund.
28/12/2021 After 12 days waiting, I still not got the refund from them. And asking them for refund. They promised again.
12/01/2022 It is almost 1 month waiting of the refund. I am not sure if they can give me the refund as soon as possible. Because I find some reviews from google that not only I am in this situation some other customer is also facing waiting for a long time refund.

watch out
watch out! Scammers! They attract customers with low prices but do not deliver anything. They earn their money by counting on customers giving up in asking for a refund.
To get your refund you need to threaten with a report or actually make one.
