Shockingly bad…

Shockingly bad service and high prices sub-par products that are not fit for their intended use. Save your money, time and sanity by avoiding this company at all costs. I am not a big complainer but I have nothing good to say about this company's practices. Firstly received damaged products then the wardrobe failed within days. The default position was to blame the customer and when proof was provided was treated like an idiot.

Your order has been delivered faultlessly. None of the parts has been reported as damaged, faulty or missing prior to the assembly process. I sent your photos to the manufacturer and it has been confirmed that the damages visible on your photos have been made due to an incorrect assembly process. Our Claim Department offered you the solution which has been refused by you.
