Excellent customer service! Thanks to my poor french, I mistakenly ordered a Christmas gift to be collected from their office rather than to my address. They noticed my mistake and gave me a call to offer to send it to me directly in time for Christmas and I just had to pay P&P (fairly so!). I spoke with a very friendly, helpful staff member who even spoke fantastic english!
