Having been plagued with problems with other well known brands over the last 20 years, I was forced to purchase a new boiler a year ago and chose the Worcester Bosch following positive reviews and a recommendation from our usual boiler service company. The last year of quiet operation has given me confidence and the house has never felt so warm. The 10 year warranty provides real reassurance and the boiler servicing is the least complex I have experienced, with minimal disruption. I also appreciated the finance agreement they provide, which allows you to repay the cost interest free. A year is not really long enough to comment on long term reliability, but happy so far.
Update August 2025 - boiler brilliant, still as good after 5 years as the day it was installed.
