Not great - I pre-ordered items in September. They waited until the last item was available to ship all of them, contrary to their order confirmation.

In order to avoid the excessive use of packaging and to ensure we are being as environmentally friendly as possible with the number of deliveries we are sending out, we usually send the complete order when all the items are ready for dispatch.
