Miller nightmare poor customer service
The experience continues 15month on

Gas leak sorted
Main bedroom ripped up and bodged back down - still creaks
Second bedroom confirmed more Moro I cracking so the whole floor needs lifting again
Mould behind units in kitchen
Broken kitchen units sill outstanding
Utility flooded and no fixed but told the units will need replacing (we will hear nothing as usual)
Cracks appearing in the feminine of the main bedroom (so wish I could add photos). I bought a new house to relax. Had we wanted a renovation o could have got far better property and dealt h with the impact of trades
Miller are really really poor at following up on issues. They send a trade. They report back and it’s all quiet. Your told you’ll hear from miller and nothing
My experience of buying from a really nice agent was all great. We’re all best friends when spending 400k and you get your keys. Then that’s it..
You only need to look at the 50% 37% neg comments to show how bad this company is .. the houses are really nice. The follow up is what massively let’s this company down … you have to put someone on charge of customer care who understands what customer care is.. not an ex builder with their own views on how to build a house. Someone who understands how to go above an beyond and get work done. Someone who keeps in touch with clients to inform them. Miller are totally usually useless
And all this will say is please let us know and we’re sorry to her your views. If we can help we will rar rar.. well.. when I’ve spoke to two directors and get no where who else is left?
The building regularly body are the only ones who understands and even then it’s lip service
